Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The role involves analyzing requirements, designing test plans, executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Review business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create detailed test cases.
Perform manual and automated testing for web/mobile applications.
Execute various test types: Functional, Regression, Integration, Performance, and UAT testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Azure DevOps).
Report test results, analyze defects, and validate fixes from developers.
Work with cross-functional teams (Developers, Product Owners) to improve product quality.
Develop and maintain test scripts for automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress).
Ensure compliance with QA standards, processes, and best practices.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
Basic knowledge of automation tools and scripting languages.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
