Job Summary:
The Python Developer ERPNext will be responsible for customizing, developing, and
maintaining the ERPNext system to support business operations. The ideal candidate will
have solid experience in the Frappe Framework, strong Python coding skills, and a clear
understanding of ERP systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and customize modules in ERPNext using Python and the Frappe
framework
• Automate business processes including Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, and
Manufacturing
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrate ERPNext with third-party
applications
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and scripts to support operational needs
• Manage database structures and perform system backups and migrations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement
solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext performance and
functionality
• Maintain version control using Git and follow deployment best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Python development
• Hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe Framework
• Good understanding of business processes in Manufacturing/Trading domains
• Proficiency in SQL/MariaDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience with Git version control
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
