Prompt Engineer

Job Summary:
Shag Infotech is seeking a skilled Prompt Engineer to design, test, and optimize AI prompts for generating high-quality outputs across various business and marketing applications. The role involves collaborating with AI, ML, and product teams to enhance AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize prompts for AI models to improve response quality and accuracy.
• Test and iterate AI-generated outputs for business and marketing applications.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate optimized prompts into production systems.
• Analyze AI responses and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, large language models, and prompt engineering techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with AI models, NLP, or prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with AI tools and large language models (ChatGPT, GPT-4, or similar).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
