Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Founder’s Office at Talrop - someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects simultaneously, and brings structure to dynamic ideas. This role is directly aligned with the CEO, managing high-priority initiatives that drive Talrop’s growth across multiple business verticals.

You’ll be the execution arm of the Founder’s vision - turning ideas into actionable plans, ensuring smooth collaboration between departments, and driving projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the CEO to understand strategic goals, ongoing projects, and new initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects under the Founder’s Office, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (Tech, HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to ensure project alignment.
• Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and progress reports for leadership review.
• Anticipate roadblocks, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and KPIs.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
• Support in preparing strategic presentations, documentation, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence and efficiency in all Founder’s Office projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent preferred).
• 3-6 years of experience in project management, operations, or strategic execution roles.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and verbal)-mandatory.
• Should be open to travel, and relocate anywhere as needed.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working closely with top leadership and managing ambiguity.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
