Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Project Manager to lead our Mumbai-based tech team and deliver successful software projects for both internal products and international clients. You'll manage a team of 6 developers (1 UI/UX Designer, 3 Full Stack Developers, 1 Flutter Developer, and 1 DevOps Engineer) and serve as the primary bridge between clients and the technology team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle: scope, timelines, delivery, and budget

• Coordinate with clients for project updates, feedback, and timelines

• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of developers

• Break down technical tasks, assign resources, and track progress using JIRA

• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions using Agile methodologies

• Mitigate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project documentation

Required Skills & Experience
Must Have:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in IT project management

• Logistics/Transport/Supply Chain project experience (Mandatory)

• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Hands-on experience managing projects using JIRA (Advanced proficiency)

• Experience with modular architecture/microservices projects

• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience

• Ability to motivate, manage, and upskill a team of developers

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (Any one is mandatory)

Solid understanding of the following technologies:

• Frontend: VueJS, ReactJS, NextJS

• Backend: NodeJS, NestJS, Python

• Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL

• Mobile: Flutter (Android)

• Cloud: AWS basics

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven leadership in a startup or fast-paced tech environment

• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle)

• Managed high-volume, transaction-heavy systems

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect

• Strong documentation and reporting skills
