Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator – 3D to act as the bridge between architects, developers, and our in-house 3D visualization team. The ideal candidate should have an architectural background with hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp, along with strong communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate between architects, developers, and the in-house 3D visualizers to ensure smooth project workflow.

Understand project requirements and translate them into clear instructions for the 3D team.

Prepare and maintain project logs, trackers, and progress reports.

Attend client calls and meetings to discuss ongoing projects, gather feedback, and communicate updates.

Manage timelines, deliverables, and ensure revisions are handled efficiently.

Support the team in reviewing drawings, models, and checking project accuracy.

Ensure proper documentation and version control for all project files.

Follow up with internal teams and clients for inputs, clarifications, and approvals.

Contribute to improving internal processes and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.

1–3 years of experience as a Junior/Assistant Architect or in a similar coordination role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of other 3D tools is a plus.

Strong communication and client-handling skills.

Good organizational abilities with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Positive attitude, team-oriented, and responsible.
