Job Description

Role Overview: As a Project Architect at Gensler, you will lead a team of architects and designers to deliver exceptional projects for Workflex. Leveraging your industry experience and technical expertise, you will oversee client projects from concept to completion. Your role involves combining creativity, technical knowledge, and business acumen to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces for clients. Working as part of the Workflex Architecture team, you will contribute to creating impactful and memorable experiences that leave a lasting impression. Your ability to problem-solve both independently and collaboratively makes Gensler an ideal place for advancing your career. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design team towards developing cohesive and rational design solutions aligned with project briefs and meeting technical, legal, and financial requirements - Guide junior designers in skill development and collaborate with the team to execute design projects - Implement approved project briefings and solve complex design problems through schematic design and design development - Oversee design development decks for drawing packages and provide technical expertise for design project completion - Manage client, team, and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with consultants - Handle site coordination during project execution stages, work effectively with PMCs and contractors, and provide timely solutions during construction - Prepare site observation and quality reports and support communication between project stakeholders - Participate in business development efforts, contribute to design and research projects, and maintain client relationships through successful project delivery - Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts and participate in office activities, initiatives, and learning programs Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture - 12-15+ years of project experience with a focus on Workplace development - Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office - LEED/WELL accreditation is a plus - Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and relationship management skills - Ability to mentor team members, offer guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment - Experience in construction document preparation, field observation, and the entire project lifecycle - Flexibility to manage multiple projects at various stages of development - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, collaborative mindset, and client relationship management abilities Note: The Job Description also includes details about the company's commitment to employee well-being, professional development, and comprehensive benefits.,
