Roles and Responsibilities Develop ETL jobs and integrate SAS Data Quality platform to ensure data accuracy and completeness. Design and implement various transformations in SAS DI Studio to extract, transform, and load data. Perform data validation, quality checks, and error handling tasks to maintain high data integrity. Implement Type I and Type II handling in ETL processes to manage data history and updates efficiently. Extract and load data from various databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and Teradata. Optimize ETL/ELT jobs for performance and efficiency, ensuring they meet the defined service level agreements (SLAs). Utilize SAS programming, including Macros and Enterprise Guide, to develop and maintain data management solutions. Schedule jobs using LSF and Cron-tab for efficient task execution and resource management. Work with SAS BI platform and UNIX operating systems to support data management and reporting needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business objectives. Travel within India and abroad for project implementations as required.
