Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated female Program Manager to lead, plan, and oversee our development projects in Vrindavan (Mathura). The ideal candidate will have strong project management, leadership, and communication skills with a passion for social welfare and community development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed project plans aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage project teams, volunteers, and field staff to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and government bodies.
• Ensure timely reporting, monitoring, evaluation, and compliance for all ongoing projects.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure proper fund utilization.
• Identify potential risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure project sustainability.
• Support documentation, IEC activities, and awareness campaigns as required.
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and stakeholder discussions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Female candidates only
• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) or related discipline
• Diploma in Development Studies or equivalent qualification
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Planning and Development Department or NGO sector
