Job Title:

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute large-scale

    employee events

    (Townhalls, Hackathons, All Hands, Conferences, etc.)
  • Manage cross-organizational initiatives promoting

    culture, learning, and innovation

  • Partner with IT, Finance, Facilities, and Workplace teams to ensure an excellent

    employee experience

  • Support site leadership in

    building a strong work culture

  • Plan, budget, and execute programs effectively with vendor and stakeholder coordination

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in

    program/event management

    or

    consulting

    (employee-centric programs preferred)
  • Strong

    leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills

  • Excellent

    communication and stakeholder management

    abilities
  • Empathy, curiosity, and the ability to connect with diverse employee groups

Preferred Background:

  • MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience at

    Accenture, Big 4, or MBB

    firms
