: INR 11,00,000 - 18,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze day-to-day operational challenges in areas such as curriculum design, content development, and student progression.
Develop and implement solutions to resolve immediate issues and enhance overall efficiency.
Work closely with academic teams to uncover bottlenecks and create streamlined workflows.
Set up scalable processes to support the learning ecosystem as the organization grows.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including academic teams, content creators, and leadership, to align on goals and ensure seamless execution.
Track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and refine them based on feedback and data-driven insights.

Eligibility

2 years of experience as a Program Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivering results.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in designing and scaling operational processes.
Data-driven approach with proficiency in tools like Excel or other analytical software.
