Program Manager

• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple satellite projects from system design to AIT, launch prep, and delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain Program Plans , WBS , Gantt Charts , and Milestone Trackers across teams.
  
• Coordinate with Project Managers (PMs) and Technical Project Leads (TPMs) to integrate subsystem and payload timelines into the overall mission plan.
  
• Conduct regular Program Reviews (internal/external) and track action closure.
  
• Manage program-level budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations.
  
• Identify risks and interdependencies; ensure proactive mitigation and escalation as needed.
  
• Interface with SCM, QA, Tech Compliance, and Partnerships teams for synchronized progress.
  
• Present concise program health updates to leadership and Founders.

Requirements Qualifications

• Bachelordegree in Engineering (Aerospace, Electronics, Mechanical, or Systems).
  
• Masterin Management/Program Management or PMP/PRINCE2 Certification (preferred).
  
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Program/Systems Management within Aerospace, Defense, or Satellite domains.

Skills Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably in aerospace, satellite, or high-tech engineering domains. Strong understanding of space-borne system development cycles and integration processes .
  
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Proven experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Excel, Jira, Smart sheets, MS Project, Asana, or similar).
  
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Demonstrated ability to work methodically and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  
• Familiarity with space borne or satellite systems is a strong advantage.
