Role & responsibilities

Management post-graduate (Project Management or Operations) with a bachelors/ master’s in mechanical, EEE, ECE, or related engineering fields.

Role Description

Join our Program Management team and work on cutting-edge EV and energy solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and shaping the future of sustainable mobility.

What You’ll do:

1. Work with Project management in planning and tracking EV product development projects with tools like MS Project, Planner, Teams, Jira to manage deliverables.

2. Coordinate with engineering, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth execution.

3. Contribute ideas to improve processes and solve technical challenges.

4. Develop & introduce AI driven tools, data analytics to enhance team efficiencies.

Preferred Skills

1. Strong reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

2. Interest in project management and automotive productn development.

3. Familiarity with digital tools MS Project, Planner, Teams, Jira.

4. Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams working across the Organisation.

5. Ability to adapt to fast-paced, tech-driven environments, device deliverables & generate an execution plan.

6. Should take initiatives with Proactive approach to resolve technical challenges.

7. Have worked on an actual Proto/Product development as part of their academics (in case of freshers/in-college candidates).
