Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise and control daily production activities to meet plan and customer requirements.
Ensure adherence to
safety, quality, and productivity norms
.
Lead, train, and motivate operators to enhance efficiency and teamwork.
Monitor material availability, machine performance, and manpower allocation.
Resolve production issues through
root cause analysis & corrective actions
.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams.
Drive
Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM
and other improvement initiatives.
Maintain records and reports as per
IATF/ISO standards
.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma Mechanical, Automobile, Production or related field.
2-4 years of experience in an automotive OEM / Tier-1 production setup.
Knowledge of
automotive processes (assembly, welding, machining, press shop, painting, etc.)
.
Familiar with
Lean, Six Sigma, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS/ISO 45001
.
