Procurement Manager

Role Overview:

Procurement Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and cost objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle — including PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), and vendor payment processes.
• Lead vendor identification, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding to ensure high-quality, cost-effective partnerships.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and feedback mechanisms.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and spend analysis.
• Manage procurement of capital assets, office infrastructure, IT equipment, and operational supplies.
• Ensure timely availability of inventory through accurate

  forecast planning

  and

  inventory control

  processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Admin, Operations) to ensure seamless procurement alignment.
• Maintain compliance with company procurement policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Track and analyze key procurement KPIs and prepare management reports for decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain (CPSM/CSCP) preferred.
• 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management — preferably in technology, mobility, or service industries
