Location: Pan India Conduct due diligence on third parties, including their compliance, credit, reputational, operational, and cybersecurity risks. Contribute to the development and implementation of TPRM policies and procedures. Develop and maintain monitoring plans to track third-party performance and ensure controls are operating effectively. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management on TPRM activities and findings. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including legal, compliance, procurement, and IT security, to ensure TPRM objectives are met. Support the on-boarding and off-boarding of third parties, ensuring proper contract negotiations and documentation.
