In this role, you will be responsible for leading operations at both the site level in Pune and engaging with DWS senior leadership from the US and India. Your key responsibilities will include managing the quality, integrity, and validity of security reference, pricing, and analytics data for DWS. You will work closely with various teams to address data quality issues, maintain Security Master data, and ensure best practices are followed. Additionally, you will provide technical advice and support to internal stakeholders, identify and resolve data quality issues, and drive continuous improvements within the organization and with vendors. To excel in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in the financial industry. You should have a strong understanding of Security Master data set-ups, experience with Bloomberg and Reuters, and knowledge of maintaining data quality with current market standards. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. You should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning, take ownership of tasks, and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
