You should be capable of generating and installing the Facebook pixel and have a strong grasp of bidding techniques such as AutoBid, CPC, and CPM. With 2-3 years of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring growth through campaign solutions, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and aligning with marketing objectives. You must excel in creating ads and ad copies, as well as overseeing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within specified timelines and budgets. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments is essential, and you should have a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
