PL/SQL Developer

We are looking for a talented PL/SQL Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing database applications leveraging PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Oracle databases and experience in writing efficient queries, stored procedures, and triggers to support various business applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain PL/SQL code and scripts for applications
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Design and implement stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
• Collaborate with application developers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data solutions
• Perform database performance tuning and resolve issues as needed
• Ensure data integrity and implement validation processes
• Document the development process, code changes, and technical specifications
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in database development
  

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle databases
• Experience with SQL and knowledge of database design principles
• Familiarity with data modeling and database architecture
• Knowledge of performance tuning techniques
• Basic understanding of data integration and ETL processes
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience as a PL/SQL Developer or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus
