Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant - Manufacturing / Planning (Offshore) Job Summary: We are looking for experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultants with strong expertise in either Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Planning. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience in MES/PLC integration, and a solid understanding of Inventory and Quality Management modules. This is a functional offshore role, requiring collaboration with cross-regional teams to implement and optimize Oracle Cloud applications across global manufacturing operations. Shift Timings : 4:30 pm to 1:30 am IST or 6:30 pm to 3:30 am IST. Primary Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Planning solutions Engage with stakeholders to gather, map, and analyze manufacturing and supply planning processes Integrate MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) with Oracle Cloud, including PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) connectivity and automation support Customize Oracle Cloud configurations for Inventory and Quality modules Perform gap analysis, functional design, documentation, and system testing Support change management, UAT, and end-user training Key Skills & Experience: Primary Must-Have: Strong functional experience in Oracle Cloud Manufacturing or Oracle Cloud Supply Planning Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows, work orders, BOMs, routings, etc. Expertise in MES/PLC integration for real-time production tracking Secondary: Experience with Oracle Inventory and Oracle Quality modules Familiarity with discrete and/or process manufacturing industries Ability to work in a remote, offshore delivery model Excellent communication and functional documentation skills Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud Certification in SCM / Manufacturing / Planning Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or automation tools Understanding of communication protocols (OPC UA, MQTT, Modbus, etc.) for PLCs Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Location-Remote,Delhi NCR,Bengaluru,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai, Hyderabad

Responsibilities: • Equipment Engineer is responsible for Testing Equipments (Standard & Special Purpose, customized Equipments). • Equipment Engineer to work on Mechanical and Electrical Testing of Medical Equipment products (CT/MR). Work on testing, troubleshooting during testing, also coach operators on testing and troubleshooting. • Define Equipment Requirement Specifications (ERS) for Testing equipment. • Work with Engineering, Manufacturing team, Supplier to finalize on equipment designs. Also interface with sourcing team for procurement of a new equipment. • Work with supplier on equipment development, manufacturing. • Own Equipment FMEA, trials, installation at manufacturing floor. • Own Equipment IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification) & PQ (Performance Qualification) as per Quality Management System (QMS) procedures/norms. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in electrical/ electrical and Electronics Engg. / Electronics & Communication Engineering • Sound knowledge of Electromechanical (PLC integration) equipments and its parts for example Servo motor, Encoder systems, NI Hardware’s ,PCB etc. • Hands on experience on Equipment’s, Special Purpose Machines troubleshooting. • Hands on experience on Microsoft office applications • Good communication skills (Oral/Written) • Strong bias for documentation & technical reports • Effective multitasking and ability to deliver on time and with quality. • Ability to work in a team with good Interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end design of SPMs using SolidWorks and other CAD tools. Handle design engineer team of 8 to 10 person for different projects. Conceptualize, design, and develop complex automated assembly lines for: Pharma industry (tablet inspection, blister packaging, etc.) Automotive (robotic arms, component assembly, testing) Electronics (PCB assembly lines, precision conveyors) Review and validate mechanical designs for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability. Collaborate with production , controls , and project management teams to ensure design compliance with customer specifications. Lead and mentor a team of design engineers and draftsmen. Ensure compliance with industry safety and quality standards. Interface with clients for technical discussions, presentations, and design approvals. Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision histories Proficient in SolidWorks (3D modelling, simulations, motion analysis). Deep understanding of SPM development , machine kinematics, and automation. Proven expertise in assembly line design especially with robotic integration . Familiarity with international design and safety standards. Strong project management and team leadership skills. Excellent communication and client-handling capabilities. Must have completed 30+ turnkey SPM projects independently or as a lead. Good experience in SPM weld shop assembly line robotics
