We are currently seeking experienced professionals with over 5 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of data quality and governance is a plus. The primary responsibilities of this role include: - Providing platform support for Data Governance Tools such as Informatica Data Quality, Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC), Informatica Axon, and R360. - Applying EBFs, Patches/Cumulative patches, and performing version upgrades for platforms like IDQ, Axon, and EDC. - Managing migrations in Prod/Non-Prod Environments for IDQ. - Provisioning user access in IDQ, Axon, and EDC across all environments. - Collaborating with network admins/DBAs for DB/File system connectivity. - Creating resources in EDC and handling user-reported issues in IDQ, EDC, and Axon. - Integrating platforms with applications like Databricks, Oracle, Presto, SQL Server, SAP HANA, and ADLS. - Supporting Server OS/Database upgrade activities and CICD Pipeline migration processes. - Managing environments (Test & Prod) for EDC, Axon, and IDQ. - Performing platform monitoring activities, environment health monitoring, and troubleshooting in IDQ, EDC, and Axon. - Providing assistance to the development team on product-related issues and performing platform maintenance activities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, with the option to work from the office. About the Role: Are you someone who enjoys tackling complex technical challenges, diving into data, and preventing issues before they arise? As an Engineering Solutions Analyst , youll be a key enabler of smooth platform operations and user experience, running diagnostics, debugging intelligently, and bridging gaps between tech and customer teams. You'll work closely with Engineering and Customer Success to keep systems running flawlessly. What Youll Be Doing Develop, Run and Automate scripts to support data requests and resolve issues Use Excel and basic programming knowledge to analyze, automate, and troubleshoot workflows Detect and fix platform issues before clients report them Debug real-time problems using logs, AI tools, and internal systems Collaborate with Engineering on feature testing and release validations Assist Customer Success in resolving client-side technical concerns Help automate monitoring and alerting processes to ensure platform uptime What We’re Looking For Hands on experience in SQL – writing, reading, and optimizing queries Proficiency in Excel – lookups, pivots, and advanced formulas Knowledge of programming or scripting (Python, JS, etc. is a plus) Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and debugging Familiarity with AI systems or interest in learning how they work under the hood Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with both tech and non-tech teams A proactive attitude – someone who takes ownership and acts before the alarm rings Why Join Us?
