Placement Executive

Job Summary

• Prospecting/generating on-job training & placement opportunities for trained freshers
• Arranging candidate interviews with employer companies
• Capability of generating placement in the assigned area, rest of Bengal and pan India
• Establishing client relationship with recruiters with necessary MOU and contracts
• Candidate counselling for interview preparation
• Placement record maintenance with necessary reporting
• Having knowledge & experience in skill development programs preferred

Required Experience and Qualifications
1-2 Years of Experience in HR Recruitment/ Placement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
