Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Placement Coordinator based in Bharatpur. The Placement Coordinator will oversee the placement process of trained candidates, including building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, identifying employment opportunities, and guiding students in preparing for interviews and career advancement. Responsibilities also include engaging with potential employers to understand their hiring needs, conducting regular follow-ups, and ensuring a successful placement outcome for participants.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and employers
• Experience in customer service and the ability to address employer and candidate inquiries professionally
• Understanding of educational training programs and experience in guiding and counseling candidates
• Proficiency in recruitment processes and the ability to connect candidates with suitable job roles
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and a passion for social impact
