PHP Team Lead

Ultivic Private Ltd is hiring for the position of PHP Team Lead.
Candidates who can join us within 15 days will be given preference.

Role & Responsibilities

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in PHP with hands-on experience in Laravel, CodeIgniter (CI), and other modern frameworks.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
• Experience with MySQL / MariaDB, query optimization, and database architecture design.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of Composer, cURL, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Experience with unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Understanding of MVC architecture, microservices, and modular code design.
• Experience with cloud hosting environments (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar) will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) will be considered a plus.

Leadership & Communication

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience in team management, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Ability to handle clients, manage project timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Experience Required: 4+ Years

Work Mode: Work From Office Only

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
