PHP Backend Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

Location: Mohali (On-site)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled PHP Backend Developers with a strong understanding of web application architecture and backend API development. As part of ESR Solutions, you’ll work on scalable backend systems supporting enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend systems using PHP (Laravel / CodeIgniter).
Create RESTful APIs for mobile and web applications.
Work on database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Collaborate with frontend and mobile teams for seamless data exchange.
Debug, test, and maintain backend code to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of backend services.

Required Skills & Experience

3–4 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
Strong expertise in Laravel or CodeIgniter frameworks.
Solid understanding of MySQL / MariaDB databases.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party API integrations.
Experience with Git, Composer, and deployment tools.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Skills

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js / React.js) for full-stack collaboration.
Experience with AWS / cPanel / Linux server management.
