Performance Test Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, script, and execute performance test cases using (preferred)

  LoadRunner.

• Design and implement performance test strategies for different applications and services.
• Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing to validate system performance under expected and peak loads.
• Execute performance tests through 

  automated CI/CD pipelines

   (using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Analyze performance test results to identify system bottlenecks, capacity limits, and provide detailed recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure performance issues are resolved.
• Prepare performance test plans, test reports, and documentation.
• Provide support in setting up and configuring performance test environments.
• Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• 5-9 years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on expertise with 

  LoadRunner

  .
• Strong scripting skills to develop complex performance test scenarios.
• Good understanding of system architecture, APIs, and databases from a performance perspective.
• Experience in executing performance tests via 

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
