Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies, managing campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for better results. The manager will also collaborate with other teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and work towards achieving high ROI and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in performance marketing, including PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive action and growth
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience in retail or enterprise brand marketing is a plus
