People Analytics

About the Role

We are looking for Analytics consultants to join our growing team having experience in HR or People Analytics with exposure to Data Analysis, Data Foundation, Data Visualization and/or NLP applications etc.

• Work with global community and senior leadership to identify and drive value opportunities around People Analytics, AI, support investments in POCs.
• Liaise with business stakeholders to understand key value drivers, impact, scope.
• Work in collaboration with cross functional teams for solutioning and prototyping and client implementations.
• Ability to convey technology and business value propositions to senior stakeholders.
• Execute independently workstreams around the application of analytics, data science and advanced cognitive methods to derive insights & actions from data and develop high-level scalable solution designs and POC.
• Provide captive advisory and consulting services in People Analytics through specialised expertise across industry, function, strategy.
• Drive thought leadership and innovations for future ready ideas and solutions. Create, implement and take to market.
• Mentoring and developing team

Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in People Analytics consulting with a focus on strategic advisory services
• Hands-on experience with advanced People Analytics tools such as Power BI for descriptive/prescriptive/sentimental analysis
• Knowledge of database technologies, including SQL, Big Data, and Cloud platform
• Exposure to ML algorithms, libraries and industry platforms with architecture experience in designing, building and deploying ML models would be preferred
• Understanding of data integration frameworks in People Analytics
• Understanding of key technology trends in domain and the related business implications.
• Strong desire to work in technology-driven business transformation.
