Payroll Specialist

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing including data validation, salary calculation, statutory

compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS), and timely disbursement.

* Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports on headcount, payroll, attrition, compensation, and other

HR/Finance metrics.

* Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal company policies.

* Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders for payroll and benefits-related queries.

* Support compensation and benefits analysis, salary structuring, and CTC breakups.

* Maintain employee records related to salary, attendance, leave, reimbursements, and incentives.

* Generate dashboards and ad-hoc reports for management review.

* Work on payroll & HRMS tools such as **Darwinbox** or similar platforms to streamline processes.

Preferred candidate profile

* Masters/Bachelors degree in **Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field**.

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in **Payroll & MIS**.

* Prior exposure to HR/payroll systems (Darwinbox preferred) is a plus.
