As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining server-side logic using Node.js and related frameworks. Your role will involve collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. You will also be tasked with implementing data storage solutions using databases such as MsSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Troubleshooting and resolving issues, proposing solutions, and implementing fixes will be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, designing and implementing APIs for communication between frontend and backend systems as well as designing and automating tasks using Python will be essential tasks. Your profile should include a BS/BE/BTech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technology. A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in developing Backend Applications using Node Js and related Frameworks is required. A proven track record of building and shipping high-quality products, exposure to the complete product development cycle, and experience with Git and Github are necessary. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are key, as well as familiarity with databases and data modeling. You should be proficient in RESTful API design and implementation, with the ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges are highly valued. Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest) is advantageous. A strong understanding of JavaScript, deployment of applications on platforms like AWS, Digital Ocean, Heroku, and the use of ORM Sequelize are expected. Understanding and experience with Python will be an added advantage.
