Oracle Technical Consultant

You are being offered the opportunity to join the team as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant. Your primary focus will be on developing, customizing, and supporting various modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS). You will work closely with functional teams to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements. - Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using PL/SQL programming, Oracle Forms, and Reports within the Oracle EBS environment. - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and addressing issues promptly. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. - Conduct unit testing for developed solutions and maintain thorough documentation of processes, code changes, and system configurations. - Engage in integration projects for data migration and interfacing with other systems using Oracle tools. - Identify system gaps in collaboration with functional consultants and recommend enhancements or improvements. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant or in a similar capacity. - Preference for experience in financial modules (AP, AR, GL) or supply chain modules (OM, INV). This job requires a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), particularly in the areas of development, customization, and support of various modules. Your proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, and Oracle Reports will be essential for success in this role. Additionally, your familiarity with Oracle Workflow and OAF (Oracle Application Framework) and experience with data migration tools will be valuable assets.
