As an Oracle PBCS/EPBCS Senior Consultant at EY, you will be responsible for leading and implementing financial planning solutions using Oracle Planning and Budgeting. With 4 to 7 /8 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of PBCS/EPBCS, including Dimension hierarchy management, Data Integration, Management Reports, Smart View reporting, Webforms and Dashboards, Task Manager, Business Rules, Groovy Scripting, Security, Approval workflow, and financial process optimization. Your role will involve close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver effective solutions that align with business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include designing and deploying Financial Reports, Web Forms, Dashboards, Business rules, Smart lists, Management Reports, Security, and Approval Workflow. You will also work on Data Integration, develop complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations, troubleshoot metadata and data load issues, and collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements and deliver end-user training. Moreover, you will define process automation using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption. Ideally, you will have a degree or background in Finance or Accounting to better align with business user needs and financial reporting requirements. Additionally, experience in EPBCS with expertise in Workforce, Financials, Capital, and Projects modules, as well as exposure to large corporate or multinational environments and finance transformation projects, will be advantageous. Familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies, Groovy Scripting, SQL, and a passion for automation, process improvement, and modern finance practices are also preferred skills for this role.
