Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing Oracle architecture, optimizing SQL/PL-SQL performance, and implementing database security measures. Additionally, you will work with various Oracle technologies such as RMAN, RAC/ASM, Data Guard, and performance tuning. Your hands-on experience with production environments and exposure to cloud platforms like OCI/AWS RDS for Oracle will be valuable in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage Oracle architecture components such as SGA, ASM, redo/undo logs, and SCN. - Optimize SQL/PL-SQL performance by utilizing execution plans, hints, baselines, and SPM. - Work with RAC + ASM for OCR backup, disk-group additions, and rebalancing. - Utilize tools like AWR, ADDM, ASH, SQL Monitor, TKPROF, and SQLT for performance analysis. - Implement database security measures including TDE, VPD, Unified Audit, and Privilege Analysis. Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in Oracle architecture and related technologies. - Proficiency in Linux and automation. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like OCI/AWS RDS for Oracle. - Strong understanding of database performance tuning techniques. - Knowledge of database security implementations.
