You'll be the glue between product, business, creators, and users—driving daily execution and long-term growth.This is a high-ownership role that requires analytical thinking, hustle, and people skills in equal measure.---Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations & Creator PerformanceTrack daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs: DAU, MAU, retention, time spent, creator earnings, live clubs hosted, etc.Work closely with creators to increase their platform activity, monetisation, and fan engagement.Identify low-performing creators/communities and initiate corrective actions or growth campaigns.Data Analysis & ReportingOwn dashboards on user engagement, creator performance, and campaign ROI.Provide actionable insights for product and growth teams from data trends.Conduct A/B testing and cohort analysis to improve creator features and user experience.Community & Campaign ManagementHelp plan and execute creator-led campaigns, seasonal events, and community-building initiatives.Collaborate with the content and design teams to roll out creator rewards, leaderboards, competitions, etc.Moderate community feedback loops and improve engagement and satisfaction.Cross-functional HustleCoordinate with product, growth, and marketing teams to ensure operational readiness for launches.Act as the voice of creators and users in product feature feedback and prioritization.---Requirements1–3 years of experience in an Operations, Creator Management, or Community Strategy role—preferably at a gaming, social, or content platform.Strong data skills—Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker/Tableau.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (creators, internal teams, vendors).Passion for gaming, internet culture, and creators.Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with high ownership.---Good to HavePrior experience working with creators/influencers.Familiarity with gaming communities like Free Fire, BGMI, Minecraft, etc.Exposure to Web3 or digital rewards is a plus.---Why Join STAN?Be at the forefront of India’s gaming + creator revolution.Work with a passionate and mission-led team scaling to 100M+ users.Ownership, speed, and creativity—every single day.Open culture, big ambition, and zero boring days.
