Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures and operations. (Ensure team follows the SOPs)
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans.
Overseeing payment transactions, invoicing and accounting.
Generating operations reports and employing means to control company costs
Devising profitable strategies for businesses basis extensive market and competitive landscape research
Track long term sales data and receivables
Coordination/follow up with Sales team/clients for timely payment of receivables
Invoice Generation for clients in coordination with Sales Team
Management of general office operational tasks and expenses
Monitor and assist with customer retention
Assist with account management in coordination with Sales Team
Detail oriented with analytical bent of mind.
General knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
Ability to forge relationships with different teams within the organization.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Working Knowledge of Microsoft, Word Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.

Experience:

6-9 years of experience working in IT Service Industry.
AZ-900/MS-900 or equivalent preferred.
Must have team management experience.
