- Monitoring plan implementation and tracking any deviations for corrective action.
- Preparing annual budget, overseeing progress, and determining measures to address cost-related issues as necessary, to manage operations within the allocated budget and resources.
- Developing programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations.
- Ensuring that the organization takes into account an overall value chain perspective to meet customer expectations as per agreed quality, service levels, and lead time.

Qualifications for the role - Degree in Electrical engineering (should be full-time)
- You have 15 to 20 years of experience in Operations from a Switchgear industry background
- You are responsible for meeting the revenue target, purchase, material planning and production management, process and supplier quality management, product testing, safety, order execution, and operational KPIs related to networking capital
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP - PP, MM & SD modules
- Knowledge of Protection Relays / Distribution Automation / Switchgear products
- You are at ease communicating with global team and cross functional teams
