Role Description

This is an internship role for an Operations Management Intern. The Operations Management Intern will assist with program and project management tasks, including planning and coordination. The intern will be responsible for supporting project management activities, coordinating with team members, and maintaining project documentation. This is an on site role located in Jabalpur, with limited work from home permissible.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution -

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments
• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising on-ground events, drives, and activities
• Maintain smooth communication between internal teams, costumers, and external partners
• Ensure timely execution of tasks as per project timelines

Team & Partner Coordination

• Work directly with cross-functional teams to align operational goals
• Assist in onboarding interns, ambassadors, students, and partner teams
• Communicate professionally with colleges, clubs, communities, and clients

Strategic Involvement

• Contribute to planning new initiatives and operational strategies
• Support special projects such as membership programes, outreach campaigns, and product-specific operations
• Participate in meetings, brainstorming, and strategic discussions
