Operations Intern

At Samruddhi Organic Farm India Pvt. Ltd., were passionate about bringing sustainably sourced, organic foods from farm to table. Our mission is to build a transparent, ethical, and efficient supply chain that supports both people and the planet. We partner with local farmers and distributors to deliver high-quality organic products to retailers and consumers nationwide.

Roles & Responsibility :

1. Assist in managing supplier relationships and tracking order fulfillment.

2. Support logistics coordination including inbound and outbound shipments.

3. Monitor inventory levels and help optimize storage and distribution strategies.

4. Conduct data analysis on supply chain efficiency, costs, and sustainability metrics.

5. Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure organic certification compliance.

6. Help develop documentation and process improvements for operational workflows.

Skills:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.

2. Strong analytical and organizational skills.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or supply chain management tools.

4. Interest in sustainability, organic food systems, and ethical sourcing.

5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
