Operations Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee and coordinate fencing projects from planning to execution. The role involves handling transportation logistics, site planning, project scheduling, and on-site supervision to ensure smooth and timely completion of work as per company standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage daily operations related to fencing projects. Coordinate transportation and material movement between warehouse, vendors, and project sites. Prepare and monitor project schedules, work plans, and manpower allocation. Conduct site visits to supervise project progress, quality, and adherence to safety norms. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution of projects. Maintain daily progress reports, documentation, and material records. Support vendor management, procurement follow-ups, and ensure timely deliveries. Resolve on-site operational challenges effectively and ensure project deadlines are met. Ensure cost control and optimize resource utilization in each project. Assist in project handover and completion documentation. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Operations or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or site supervision (preferably in fencing, construction, or infrastructure). Strong understanding of site execution processes and material logistics. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and documentation. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
