Operations Executive

You will be responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of shipments to customers through effective management of all inbound operations and timely deposit of cash collections at the Service Center. Additionally, you will handle outbound activities such as arranging timely pickups and ensuring connectivity. Your key responsibilities will include: Operational: - Ensuring adherence to operational workflows and standard operating procedures for inbound and outbound operations at Gangtok Service Center. - Monitoring daily in scan and out scan of shipments and related paperwork. - Tracking daily loads at the service centers and planning delivery schedules accordingly. - Collecting COD cash collected by delivery staff, cross-checking with delivery sheets, and submitting to the appropriate staff. - Updating, allocating, and collecting OTM machines for deliveries daily. - Conducting daily staff briefings and communication regarding operational and route changes. - Ensuring safe, timely, and profitable delivery of shipments to customers while reducing instances of undelivered shipments and RTOs. - Handling exception cases at the service center and communicating with relevant teams for resolution. - Conducting audits of deliveries and status updates to ensure information correctness. - Monitoring expenses and ensuring reimbursement of fuel conveyance expenses. - Monitoring staff performance, conducting trainings, and ensuring adequate manning in the Service Center. - Generating and maintaining MIS related to the service center. People: - Providing direction, guidance, and support to all employees for effective discharge of duties. Key Result Areas include: - Drive service quality and excellence through EDD Performance, undelivered shipments, RTO reduction, adherence to SOPs, target NPS scores, and COD cash tally accuracy. - Drive Operations Process Efficiency with increased operational productivity and net stops per FTE. - Ensure Performance Driven Culture by adhering to Performance Management system timelines. - Drive employee morale and engagement to minimize staff level attrition.,
