About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Securities Operations Specialist with hands-on expertise in Temenos Securities module (or equivalent core banking platforms). The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the trade lifecycle and settlement processes, capable of managing high transaction volumes, resolving complex production issues, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle: trade capture, validation, matching, settlement, and post-settlement activities.
• Handle settlement processes, including SWIFT messaging, PSET derivation, and reconciliation.
• Maintain market and static data, including instrument setup, reference data, and data integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues related to securities processing and settlement.
• Support multiple trade types: equities, fixed income, ETFs, and derivatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with operational requirements.
• Document processes, share knowledge, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in securities settlement and trade processing.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Temenos Securities module or similar platforms.
• In-depth understanding of full trade lifecycle and settlement operations.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, PSET derivation, and reconciliation processes.
• Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes across multiple trade types.
• Familiarity with market/static data management and reference data processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
