Driving various Operational efficiency Initiatives like BCE Improvement, BCT Overshoot Reduction, PCO & Waiting

Driving SFTI Program under which daily management meeting (AET & SET) , Lean Audit , GRT discussion , SFTI Report &R&R included.• Driving Six Sigma Green Belt projects for manufacturing units Driving the solvent reconciliation initiative through various operational practices to increase the recovery & solvent sell.• Driving various cost initiative project across Smelter & Power Plant in Vedanta Ltd. through MS Project and EPM(Enterprise Project Management) worth 271 $Mn• Driving Asset Optimization framework an Operational Excellence Model in Vedanta Resources (FACOR) consist of 14Elements.• Responsible for guiding as a Black Belt for various Six Sigma project, Quality Circle team & facilitation for Kaizen & LQC(Lean quality Circle) projects related to cost saving and improve reliability of equipments.• Responsible for various critical processes mapping through VSM & Cycle time study done to optimize the processingtime and use LEAN methods to eliminate 8 types of waste from the system.

• Identifying customer dissatisfaction area and streamlining customer support services through six sigma & other
improvement methodologies.• Conducting Asset Optimization internal & MAS Audit in Plant level with ownership of all core & Other Modules & conductfrequent reviews with stakeholder & guide them to get good score in external audits.• Participate in various initiatives as required by the business from time to time.• Responsible for 5S audit of different Zones & Subzones and Responsible for conducting various award application such asJUSE & “IMC- RBNQA”.• Conduct various internal competitions & send qualified teams for participation in State & Nation level competitions likeCCQC & NCQC organized by QCFI. Also participated in CII competitions and IMC-RBNQA competitions.• Responsible for enabling effective communication between Site leaders and Top Management for continual developmentin SBU.• Responsible for Planning, scheduling, tracking, reporting, MIS generation.• Responsible for Data analysis, systematic screening of engineering database, machine history and alert whendiscrepancies are identified.•
