NodeJS Developer

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications using Node.js and microservices architecture. You will design, implement, and document RESTful APIs and backend services, ensuring high performance, reliability, and responsiveness across distributed systems. Collaboration with front-end developers, designers, DevOps, and product managers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic is crucial. Optimizing applications for speed and scalability in cloud or container-based environments is a key part of your role. Your key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining scalable server-side applications using Node.js and microservices architecture - Designing, implementing, and documenting RESTful APIs and backend services - Containerizing applications using Docker for consistent and portable deployments - Ensuring high performance, reliability, and responsiveness of applications across distributed systems - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic - Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability in cloud or container-based environments - Participating in code reviews, writing unit/integration tests, and maintaining high code quality standards - Monitoring and troubleshooting production issues, working closely with the DevOps team for deployment and monitoring Key qualifications required for this role are: - Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js - Experience with Express.js or similar Node.js frameworks - Hands-on experience in designing and working with microservices - Experience with Docker and container orchestration basics (e.g., Docker Compose) - Proficiency in database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL - Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration with third-party APIs - Familiarity with asynchronous programming and related concepts - Basic understanding of front-end technologies like HTML5 and CSS3 - Experience with version control systems such as Git - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native principles is a plus,
