Managing the marketing budget to ensure alignment with strategic priorities, reviewing and optimizing expenses to demonstrate a clear return on investment for marketing initiatives will also be part of your role. Furthermore, you will lead branding initiatives for HR-related events, enhance employee engagement through thoughtful branding efforts, and support other departments as needed. Additionally, you will lead the creation and distribution of newsletters, provide monthly construction updates, and develop branding strategies for channel partners within the sales department.
