Job Description

Role Expectations & Nature

Title

  • The role sits in the

    Change Management team

    , not traditional L2/L3 support.
  • It is

    project-oriented

    , focusing on:

    • Network changes

    • Migrations

    • Customer implementations

  • It involves

    customer-facing communication

    , especially during migrations.

Technical Skill Requirements

  • Core Areas

    : Routing, switching, and firewall security
  • Must-have hands-on experience with:

    • Palo Alto firewalls

    • Cisco ASA

  • Deep understanding of:

    • Routing protocols

      : OSPF, BGP, EIGRP

    • Switching protocols

      : STP, VTP, HSRP, VRRP
  • Certifications:

    • CCNA mandatory

    • CCNP beneficial

  • SD-WAN

    exposure is a

    plus

  • EFM technology knowledge

    is critical for ongoing projects

Experience & Communication Skills

  • Grade 4

    : 5 - 7 years of relevant experience

  • Grade 5

    : 79 years

  • Must be able to communicate clearly with a global team

Work Model & Contract

  • 24x5 coverage model

    (fixed weekends off)

  • Hybrid work

    : 3 days/week in office (Delhi)

  • Long-term contract

    , not a full-time conversion role
