Your Role:

Manage and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, IPS/IDS, and load balancers.
Support and monitor network components in on-premises and cloud environments (Azure/AWS).
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, acting as an escalation point for critical incidents.
Implement and maintain security measures across network systems.
Review vulnerability reports and assist in remediation activities.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
Maintain and update network documentation and topology diagrams.
Collaborate with global teams for network upgrades and projects.
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation for network support.

Your Profile:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-9 years of hands-on experience in network engineering.
Strong knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 technologies (VLAN, STP, OSPF, BGP).
Experience with enterprise-grade hardware (Cisco, Juniper, Check Point).
Basic to intermediate exposure to cloud networking (AWS VPC, Azure VNets).
Familiarity with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, and network security protocols.
Working knowledge of monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, Wireshark).
Good understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals.
Network certification preferred (CCNP or equivalent).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a global team and handle escalations effectively.
