About the Role

Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Presales Engineer to lead customer discovery, solution design, technical demonstrations, and support end-to-end presales cycles across Endpoint Security, DLP, IAM/IGA, Zero Trust, and Cloud Security.

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform as a high-level, technical subject matter expert for campus and remote access engineering services.
Assist with planning and deploying enterprise-grade network and security deployments.
Support engineers in architecture and infrastructure design and solution processes.
Provide estimates, engineering, implementation, and review of campus and remote access designs.
Create technical design and implementation documentation.
Lead test planning and execution of configuration and implementation deployments.
Coach and mentor teammates on technical engagements.
Troubleshoot, configure, and maintain customer IT networks across network and security inventories.
Exhibit strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Engage with customers via email, vendor portals, and phone to troubleshoot reported network issues and provide recommendations.
Coordinate vendor engagement and escalations through email, vendor portals, and phone when needed.
Implement configuration changes and execute migrations while documenting required test results.
Handle escalations for L1-escalated or complex troubleshooting and unresolved issues.
Suggest improvements to network performance, capacity, and scalability.
Contribute to organizational goals by taking ownership of new requests and identifying opportunities to add value to the business.

Desired Skills and Requirements Must Have

Bachelor s degree (any discipline).
Strong TCP/IP networking skills.
Strong fundamentals and understanding of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.

Added Value

Troubleshooting experience with firewalls.
Basic knowledge of SD-WAN and NAC.
Associate-level or professional-level certifications in Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, or equivalent technology domains.
Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting medium- and large-scale networks.
Quick learning ability and strong attention to detail.
