Design and Roadmap the utilization of Azure Network Architecture Elements including but not limited to Firewalls, Azure VPN Gateways and NVAs. Support Security Policies, ensuring Network Architecture Elements to align to security requirements and intent using NSGs ASGs, Firewall rules, and RBAC. Understand and Support CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code. KEY QUALIFICATION EXPERIENCES: 10+ years experience in IT administration/engineering roles 1-3 years experience in Azure administration/engineering 1-3 years experience in Azure Network Architecture role Bachelor s degree in computer science, information systems or other related field (or equivalent work experience) Broad exposure to IT infrastructure and application landscape ideally with technical depth in Cloud platforms Experience in day-to-day operations in Azure Platform Customer service: experience working with users to understand and resolve issues Empathetic listening: the ability to convince the user considering what he/she is experiencing Proven experience 5 years as a Network Engineer, preferably in a DevOps or similar environment. Strong proficiency in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.). Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Hands-on experience deploying IOC with Terraform. Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) for automation and network tasks. This support includes coordination with 3rd party network vendor technicians. 4.Process Compliance: - - Gather information from vendor, customer, analysis from the troubleshooting/investigation, resolution steps implemented etc. and update the tickets regularly as per the defined process - Prepare a detailed report on the plan of action for the existing tickets for the next shift engineer (Shift Handover Report) - Followthrough and execute the various Escalation Matrix (Vendor, Internal and Customer defined) - Ensure tickets are closed post user/customer communication - Maintain inventory of Network equipments and links - Constantly track tickets for SLA adherence and escalate on deviations as defined in the process.
