As a Backend Developer, your key responsibilities will include WordPress Core & Plugin Development, Performance & Security Optimization, LearnDash LMS Customization, BuddyBoss Platform Extensions, WooCommerce Integration & Customization, and CRM & Marketing Automation Integrations. You will be responsible for developing custom plugins, optimizing backend code for performance and security, customizing LearnDash LMS functionalities, extending BuddyBoss platform features, integrating and customizing WooCommerce, and integrating CRM & marketing automation tools. To excel in this role, you should possess strong PHP and MySQL skills with WordPress coding standards, expertise in LearnDash, BuddyBoss, and WooCommerce, familiarity with REST API, AJAX, and custom post types/meta, experience with CRMs and marketing automation tools, and proficiency in Git version control. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in eLearning or membership sites, knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for frontend needs, and exposure to WP-CLI, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.
