As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing graphics and animations that enhance brand presence and drive engagement across digital marketing platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Design & Animation: Creating visually appealing graphics and animations for various marketing campaigns such as videos, social media content, web banners, and promotional materials. - Concept Development: Collaborating with the Marketing and Design teams to conceptualize and execute design ideas that effectively convey the brand message. - Storyboarding: Developing storyboards and visual scripts to plan animations and video content effectively. - Video Editing: Editing and assembling raw material into a finished product suitable for broadcasting, including adding music, voice-overs, and graphics. - Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel across all marketing materials. - Trend Monitoring: Staying updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 2 years of experience in motion graphics, preferably in a marketing or digital media environment. - Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant tools. - Strong portfolio showcasing social media content, promotional videos, and animated graphics. - Good understanding of marketing trends and visual storytelling. - Strong communication, time-management, and collaboration skills.
